    Does Diamond Channel offer custom-made engagement rings?

    At the Diamond Channel we make shopping for your engagement ring an easy and enjoyable experience. We believe that your engagement ring is symbolic of the journey you and your loved one are about to embark on together. We work with our customers to make their dream engagement ring or any jewellery piece a reality. Simply get in touch with us to book your consultation.

    How long has the Diamond Channel been in business?

    The Diamond Channel has been a trusted supplier of jewellery items at wholesale prices directly to consumers for of 10 years. In 2024, Channel Collective was born as the holding company of Diamond Channel and its sister companies Watch Channel and Luxury Channel.

    Can I order if I don’t reside in South Africa?

    Yes, you can, and we will ship the item to you free of charge. While the item is in transit it will be completely insured by us, to give you complete peace of mind.

    What payment options are available to me?

    EFT, Credit Card, Cash or even Crypto Currency. Unfortunately, we don’t accept Diners Club.

    What products are eligible for returns?

    All products are eligible for return within 7 days for full store credit. This excludes custom builds.

    How do I get an appraisal for my jewellery items?

    Retail appraisal certificates are provided with every item purchased.

    Is engraving available through Diamond Channel?

    We offer engraving on your Diamond Channel jewellery piece at no charge.

    Does Diamond Channel offer resizing?

    All Diamond Channel rings can be resized once at no charge and are resized thereafter for a fee.

    How do I ensure that the size I select is the right fit for me?

    Size guides are available through Diamond’s Channel’s website to assist customers with making the right decision for their measurements. Alternately, get in touch with our team of experts for any assistance on sizing.

    Can I order gift vouchers for Diamond Channel?

    You can indeed! Our gift cards are available to buy in any value and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. To redeem your gift card online, simply enter the gift card code at check-out on purchase of any item. To redeem a gift card when visiting our showroom, please present your gift vouchers during your consultation.

    What are your trading hours?

    All consultations at our showroom need to be booked in advance for during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 16:30 Saturday: 9:00 – 13:00 Public Holiday’s: 8:00 – 12:00
